Manufacturer Warranty Information

Anchor USA LLC ("Anchor") warrants to the end user ("customer") that the Anchor Water Filters Systems and accessories will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from date of delivery, and 30 days on Water Filter Replacement Cartridges. No warranty is made with respect to defects or damage due to negligence, misuse, alterations, accident, misapplication, physical damage, installation on water quality outside guidelines for system or damage caused by fire, acts of God, or freezing.
